What I did to my AT4 today was pick it up from the dealership. 2021 6.2L 1500 with 63k miles. I went in for the recall and despite running perfectly, it failed the picoscope test, and I got a "new" engine. It is a remanufactured one. It runs fine, and they actually did a good job of reinstalling all my aftermarket lighting to my switch panel. One slight mistake. They wired one of my 2 bumper pod lights' "work(spot) light" function into the same switch as my bumper light bar's "work" function. I specify work function because the pods have amber DRL, and the light bar is switchable amber/white. I had the dealership include engine hours at swap time into their official paperwork along with mileage because they can't (possibly won't) reset the engine hour counter, and I wanted proof for WAY down the road when resale time comes. They don't do that notation on their own. It is SO nice to have my truck back!!!! They initially said 3-4 days. I dropped it off on Sunday night 1/18/26 and got it back today, so it actually took them 15 days. They did provide a 2025 Jeep Compass as a free unlimited mileage loaner vehicle. Decent little car, but no AT4!!! Fingers crossed everything stays fine. This engine continues to use 0W-20 btw.
