We all still have a little bit of the "Snoop Do-double_G" left in us.

Fo Shizzle! We all still have a little bit of the "Snoop Do-double_G" left in us.
Had no idea they had this available. Thank you!!
Great info here. Just for info: I noticed a huge difference in quality of the Bose system between the Denali and AT4X. The X sounds so much better. Just my two cents. If I kept the Denali, I would have definitely used this info. You guys are seriously confused about my post. The $100 Memphis audio MS25 highs that come with High pass crossovers I chose seriously brighten up the Bose system for almost nothing.
There are 100s of options for speakers but the MS25s fit the Bose amp best at 4ohm 25 watts rms and 50w peak with an 87db sensitivity= as close to factory Bose amp supply as you can get. As an audiophile and engineer they make the factory Bose HI’s sound were underwater in comparison.
Just trying to help out anyone else that doesn’t wants to spend thousands on their factory system. From my research/application the Memphis audio MS25 (25w rms @ 87db) for the dash speakers.
This wasn’t a winch, lift kit, blower, turbo, supercharger, $10k audio investment Post. For $150 you could have an infinitely better sound system you can do yourself. $60 in peel n stick sound deadening from Amazon is worth it while you’re front door panel is off.

I completely agree, and once getting the kicker sub installed, it really helped the system and elevated it in its overall sound.I don't seem to be bothered with mine; they sound fine to me. Others have gone to town and spent 5-10k on replacing speakers, amps, subs, etc.
Can you add a bass knob IF you wanted to? I purchased my sub from the dealership and it did not have the bass knob hole or the dip switches for adjustment on the amplifier. I called Kicker and they confirmed they had another supplier for amps and just use the equalizer in the radio for adjustments. Now I see folks that are getting these today have the knob system again.Dealer installed mine without knob and it’s a noticeable upgrade. It’s $$$ and not as great as aftermarket subs but I wanted OE (getting old).

Not sure if the sub I have is compatible. What do I look for?Can you add a bass knob IF you wanted to? I ordered the knob too. Picked up the truck after install and my service advisor who I've known for years had the unopened bass knob in the seat. He told me they'd installed half a dozen of the subs recently and of course, my unit was the first they've seen with the amp different lol.I have the Kicker knob...got it off of Amazon when I did install. My buddy just got his Kicker sub/amp in from dealer and had Geek Squad do the install at Best Buy for cheaper price than dealer was offering. They gave him 1 year warranty on the install...just FYI for another alternative.
Probably shouldn't have brought it up. Kidding but you'd have to remove the unit, turn over and inspect the amp. It would have a rubber plug covering a 3.5mm hole for the bass knob and also some adj dip switches. . I'm happy using the radio, I keep the eq bass at 7 or 8.Not sure if the sub I have is compatible. What do I look for?
