Running Boards.. Pics please:)

GoRhino D6 on my Trailboss. Level with the pinch weld and nothing hanging down below. GoRhino calls them a “slider”. Not sure I’d go quite that far but they would offer some pretty good protection. Liked them so much I got a set out on my new F-150 company truck.

Does anyone know if the Chevy 6 inch oem wheel to wheel running boards fit the 1500 AT4? This is just a sample pic. Thanks

GM steps and part numbers.

Hello all, just got my new AT4 and needing to add some running boards. I'm torn between the high clearance step and the AMP power step. I like the trouble free and tucked in look of the high clearance step, and that it adds a bit of protection to the side panels, but am concerned the height would still be too high for small kids and an older parent. Thinking the MAS drop down lower, but a little concerned about the added maintenance factor of a mechanism, etc. Does anyone have an idea of the height difference between the high clearance step and AMP step? No aftermarket lift mods will be added.

Thanks and look forward to participating in the forum.

AMP brand- only negative is I waited so long to put them on
They drop down about 6 inches of so, make it MUCH easier to get in. Made a very happy wife with install- bonus I like the look! I wanted to have none on it for looks

Found some high clearance running boards on OfferUp for $250. Came off of a wrecked AT4, with no bolts here in Houston. One of the brackets was slightly bent so I bent it back and they had a small scratch in one of the corners. Spent about $10 at Home Depot on the bolts and slapped em on in the driveway. Call me cheap but that’s a win in my book. Love the look of these too.

Hey all,

I’m running through options on replacing the stock GMC running boards. I like the ‘21 running boards (they seem to sit higher/more flush with the bottom of the doors) but they won’t fit on a ‘20. I’ve seen a few on this topic/thread, are there any more trucks here with aftermarket running boards/steps/etc?
*Post pics please/thank you!*

Admin: If I missed a sticky thread with the above info/pics already posted - I’m sorry!
Hey man, did you ever find out if you could run a 2021+ high clearance running board on your 2020?

I have a 6 yr old that frequently, and an 84 yr old that occasionally ride in my truck, so I wanted a lower step with some width. I'm liking this Havoc HS2. Oh, and they're SS under the powder coat. This pic is from a high angle up close so it makes the gap look bigger than it normally does.

No I have not. I’m going to just buy a pair and see if they fit. I don’t see GM changing the mounting points or modifying anything from one year to the next. We will see.

Could not be happier with my Rocky Road Outfitters sliders. I ordered mine with the bumpouts (optional, you can get them straight if you prefer) and diamond plate top surface (also optional). These are real rock rails, sit super tight under the cab, and fit just inside of the wheels (not including the optional rear bumpout). And just deep enough to uses as steps. I'll be selling my set soon before I trade in the truck for a new HD.
