I’ve been running 35x12.50-R24 on 24x10 factory replicas with no lift at all. I had to do a little trimming as others have mentioned. Cut the inside of the mud flap and removed the mud flap bracket. Had to cut maybe a half inch off the very bottom corner of front bumper. Just the black plastic part. Can turn full lock to lock with no scrubbing. I recently installed a leveling kit just to get the rake out but didn’t see where I gained much more tire clearance. Pic is before the leveling kit was added.

Great to hear. Can you share your exact make/model of your tire spec so people can look it up? Also exact specs of your wheels so people can look up offset and backspace too?

Thank you. Truck looks good

I’m running 35x12.50R24 Gladiator X-Comp M/T
Wheels are 24x10 Split Sevens (They are GM factory replica wheels that I believe were offered on the Escalades but in 22”)
They are +24 offset with 6.44” backspacing.
I am running 1/4” spacers because they were extremely close to the brake calipers and really close to the new upper control arms after installing the leveling kit.

These pics are with 1.75” Rough Country leveling kit.

You won't fit 35's on 12 in wide wheels with a front level. GMC's boxy wheel wells really hamper increasing wheel size. I have a 1.5" RC front level on my 23 AT4X, and running 34" tires on 20x10 -19 offset Fuel wheels. I have trimmed quite a bit, taken out the support metal block behind the splash guard of the back of the front wheel wells, and I still have a little bit of rubbing at full locks or when turing sharply and going over bumps or inclines. The offset is very important on tires rubbing or not, but on 12" wide wheels, even with a zero offset you are still protruding out far enough to rub. I would think 12" wheels would need spacers to clear the UCA's or other things also.
I agree, not sure you will clear.. I Installed the GM OEM 2" lift (made my SLT a Faux AT4) and then added the Toyo Open country AT3 295/65 R20 with 1" wheel spacers (on stock AT4 20" wheels) on front, 2" cognito level and SM series UCAs (which gave it a 1.75 Carolina squat) so added Airlift bags in rear and Bilstein 5100 front (on lowest setting) and rear... yes on pavement at full lock rubs slightly after trimming lower rubber valence and plastic on front lower fenders... and pulled the wheel well liners back with zip ties.. before going off road the front wheel wells it will need the rear mud flaps trimmed and the lower front liner brackets removed....

The original tires from dealership was 295/70-18. But have been replaced at 72,000 miles with 35x12.5-18
Do you like the Recon Grapplers better than the Ridge Grapplers? How do they compare... ride, handling, noise, mileage...

I have the 1.75" Rough Country leveling kit. Yesterday I went from the stock 20s to a 17" zero offset wheel, with KO2 315/70/17s (34.4"x12.4"). It looks awesome but they rubbed badly. I did the same as everyone else: removed rear mudflap trimmed inner liner, it still rubs if the steering wheel is over 34 degrees (nearly full lock). I wish I would've gone with a 285/75/17 (33.8"x11.2") to avoid the rub and maybe salvage a tad more fuel mileage--right now it looks like I may have majorly hurt the mileage. I'm going to try a 1/2" spacer to see if that helps at all.

Just to make absolutely sure because I have the ready lift level on my 2022 at4 w stock 18” wheel. You are running those 35x12.5 without any rub and no trimming anything? Even with towing a decent load? I would like to run that when I replace my tires but tow our boat (7000lb) with stock shocks. So she squats a lil bit in the rear.

Good morning, I've had my 24 AT4 HD since Feb. Took it to Florida for bike week. Towed an open trailer with 2 Harleys and averaged about 11mpg. (Its a gasser, we Didn't buy our trucks for the mileage) The mileage is actually pretty decent for pulling a trailer. Since I've been back, I've added a few things;
3 inch BDS lift with fox shocks
Falken AT3 35x11.5 on stock rims (1/4 spacer = no rubbing)
Bakflip MX4 bed cover
Magna Flow cat-back stainless exhaust
K&N air intake
All in all I'm pretty happy with everything. The ride height is right where I want it, and the exhaust sounds great (not droney). Truck Toyz Unlimited in CT did the lift and tires, did everything 100%, and did a great job.

This is what I put on my 2022 AT4,
Icon Alloys Compression 17x8.5 +0mm wheels w/ Toyo Open Country A/T III 35x12.50R17LT tires I purchased from Custom Offsets. I had to do a lot of trimming and finally installed Bilstein adjustable shocks (set on highest lift), Ready Lift w/uca's, removed the mud flaps and I still have some very minor rub on the driver's side wheel well liner. That lifted the front several inches but then had to change the 2" rear block to a 3" block. Now the rear is about 3/4" of an inch higher than the front. Then I had to install the Aries retractable steps because my wife had trouble getting into the truck. The truck looks great but is a bit higher than I wanted.
I'm looking at the same wheel and tire spec for my 2025 AT4 Duramax. I'm wondering that mine might sit level with your suspension set up as I hear the font end on the diesels are a tad lower due to the weight. Do you happen to have pics of the trimming that was required for this set up and possibly a side shot to show the "poke" if any? I like the tires to be pretty flush with very minimal if at all poke. Great looking truck BTW!!
