No Sound from infotainment center or turn signals... HELP (Resolved)

I have a 2024 AT4X with the same problem, but mine never goes out when on. The problem is intermittently at start up. Sometimes it’s out for a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes, and other times it’s been out for 20-30 minutes. Then, it will just kick in and start working. I bought the truck in June, and I noticed the problem in the first week of ownership. I’ve taken it back to the dealership twice. They did software updates both times, said it was resolved, and it wasn’t. I’m currently waiting for them to figure out a loaner solution before I drop it off again. I checked my door panel sticker and it was made in 02/2024. The last thing they told me is GM just keeps telling them to push these updates and they don’t know of any other solutions.
I would refer them to my dealership tech notes listed above. Mine also use to intermittently work while driving. Then it was either going to work on startup or not. With the new audio amplifier that controls the infotainment center I haven’t had any problems with mine all day. I had issues the last three weeks of ownership until now.

The dealership called me yesterday to let me know they had loaner for me. I dropped off my truck and gave them a copy of your tech notes. I appreciate you posting that. They told me they previously changed out that amplifier, but GM had been pushing them to do the updates instead. Hopefully this time they actually resolve the problem. I’ll update when I know how they proceed and if it fixes the problem.

Hope they resolve this issue for you. I know how frustrating this can be bud.

Dealership told me today they are replacing the amp. I hope this finally resolves it. Unfortunately it will take 3-5 days for them to get the amp.

That's hopeful news, hopefully that fixes your issue bud.

The dealership called me yesterday to tell me the amp came in early and it has been installed. I picked it up and all seems good now. They told me that when these problems happened in the past, their fix was the amp swap. But then GM started pushing them to do these software updates instead. Seems to me they wasted my time with two extra trips when they could have just resolved the problem from the beginning. Oh well… I’m just glad to have my truck back and it working properly.

Awesome to hear it's all resolved. They could have explained that to you in the beginning lol.

Still waiting on the new module. However, the tech working on the issue was kind enough to send me his notes regarding this. I've attached them for anyone's curiosity.
Went into dealership with appointment and the technician's notes. The have ordered a new Amp. Thanks again for providing this and for having a tech that dove into the issue, unlike the one I had.

I just bought a 2024 AT4 and my truck audio is doing the same thing. Im at 1500 miles and its happened 3 times where i've started the truck and theres no audio. Its never cut out while working thankfully but gunna print out your notes and take them down to my local dealer so they can try the updates first and then amp replacement if it fails. Really appreciate your post, service centers always want a repeat of the issue and its like ya okay let me drop what im doing so you can see im not crazy.
