No Sound from infotainment center or turn signals... HELP (Resolved)

So just need to update the forum. I had turned off the Quick startup on the infotainment system on my last post and the only issue I’ve had is the sound cuts out when I first start the truck and I get audio cut outs for about the first 2-3 minutes that im driving and then it works fine for the rest of the time. The blinker clicks work the whole time.

You're lucky! Mine would still lose audio even with Quick Startup turned on.

Mine was fubar with the quick startup turned on, so I turned it off and it’s functioned ok ever since. Not perfect tho

Okay guys update. I have been living with the intermittent cutting out after startup since my last post. Today the stereo and blinker cut out completely in the middle of a small trip. So I got it home and pulled the radio fuse for 30 seconds and started it up a few times and that’s working so far. At any rate, this is still a problem but going to keep trying these tricks before I take it to the dealership

Grok AI says that GM has come up with an over the air software fix for this issue. I’m going to call them tomorrow and report back

Thanks for the info, do you know the fuse location?

Yes it’s on the passenger side fuse box, the location of the fuse is the F45 fuse. Blue 15. If you look on the back of the fuse box cover, it’s labeled “radio lo”, it shows you where it’s located, which is on the left center area of the fuse box.

Mine has done this a few times after using the remote start...aggravating to say the least!

I am dealing with the same problem. I had a 2023 AT4 prior to this that had the same problem, but less severe. It's really unbelievable that GMC can't get out ahead of this with a recall or an over-the-air fix. I am going to pull the fuse tonight, but will also call the dealership and begin that dance as well. My current 2026 AT4x still had temp tags! I'll update everyone on my progress.

So after 13 months of owning my truck I am still having issues at startup with no audio. Wednesday I spoke with the owner who actually took the time to talk to me and I showed him the PIT bulletin from GM and where it showed that they are not allowed to replace any parts, which is how they have been treating me for over a year. The owner went back and looked up the PIT bulleting which ended in A and now it ends in J and they are allowing an amp replacement after reinstalling the software on the radio. I go in today and drop it back off and he said if my serial number on the amp matched the bulletin he would automatically replace the amp. Trying to stay positive here, so hopefully there i slight at the end of the dark quiet (with no audio) tunnel.
