No Sound from infotainment center or turn signals... HELP (Resolved)

Just out of curiosity, what month was your truck built? Would be interesting to see if this issue is exclusive to a certain period of manufacturing or if it's random.

My 24 has had zero issues with infotainment. I even elected not to participate in OnStar and have all those services disabled.

Built November 2023

October 2023. No sound issues. Had a few others which GMC took care of.

My 2021 did this to me twice. If you go to the fuse box in the passenger side dash, near the door jamb, and pull out the radio fuse for 30 seconds, then reinstall it (while truck is off), it may cure it. It cured mine.

Have you done any modifications to your truck that involved tapping into the electrical system?

You think of this module doesn’t fix the truck tomorrow that Gm would possibly buy the truck back???
I can't say I've ever heard of a buyback over infotainment issues. All the buybacks I heard of were catastrophic power train or safety issues where the vehicle would sit at the lot for extended periods waiting to be fixed. The right thing for them to do would be reimbursement in one form or another, free oil changes for a while etc.

I would totally bring that up to your service advisor and / or call GM directly to see what they can offer you. Spent way too much money to be going back and forth to the dealer for what's an apparent lack of quality control on their part

Okay people! After the new amplifier module has been replaced (again) the tech advised the infotainment center booted up flawlessly. This is a known issue from Gm I was advised and have just began to recently rollout updated amps for certain vehicles. The tech was unaware of what vehicles were affected until they report to their dealership with the issue. I have driven the truck most of the day so far and the infotainment center and turn chime have worked flawlessly. The family and I are going on a 400 mile road trip tomorrow and I will let you guys know if the issue arises whatsoever.

I’m curious, do you know when your truck was built? It’s listed on 2 stickers on the door jam

I have a 2024 AT4X with the same problem, but mine never goes out when on. The problem is intermittently at start up. Sometimes it’s out for a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes, and other times it’s been out for 20-30 minutes. Then, it will just kick in and start working. I bought the truck in June, and I noticed the problem in the first week of ownership. I’ve taken it back to the dealership twice. They did software updates both times, said it was resolved, and it wasn’t. I’m currently waiting for them to figure out a loaner solution before I drop it off again. I checked my door panel sticker and it was made in 02/2024. The last thing they told me is GM just keeps telling them to push these updates and they don’t know of any other solutions.
