Yes, on the welding questions. But I don't weld nor have a welder. The alternative is using mulptiple clamps and buying a ready made precut pipes.
To be honest that is a heck of a lot of work and hassle to save $97 bucks out the door, in my case this morning, that is exactly what I spent.
They cut out the old muffler and flapper valve, then installed the new muffler and then straightened out the droopy exhaust pipe on the driver side.
I was there a total of about an hour. As mentioned, I paid 97 bucks out the door for their work. I am sure shop rates vary but I am not fan of all the brackets and bolts and stuff that can eventually rattle, much rather have it all welded together.
When I get home later I will get a under the truck and take a few pics.
