Just installed Cognito Elite 3” Level and HATE…

Nope...just to get it leveled. There is still a slight rake from front to back. But i can see how it may "look" like the front is higher. It could be because the front wheel well is cut higher than the back, I also think the hood might be slightly taller.

Your truck looks great! I did the Fox level with 2” rear blocks and I’m happy with the kit and ride. I did go with 295/65/20 Toyo AT3’s and in the stock wheels I was hitting the UCA so I reluctantly did a 1” spacer as I really didn’t want to make a hasty decision on new wheels and I think I’ll keep the set up.

@slcnbldr do you have any pics? Would love to see your 37s. Also…why did you need the blocks? Did you want to keep the rake, or were the shocks no long enough? Thanks!

I am so torn on this. My mechanic swears I can get 35x12.5x20 on stock wheels no rubbing. But also no lift. I am guessing the factory rub the new UCA's on all these kits. BDS says says you can fit stock rims with stock tires but any larger causes rubbing. I asked where, and they just said it causes rubbing. Is the assumption once you level the tires rub the new UCA's?

I 2nd the BuiltRight MOLLE Panels being awesome. I have them in my 1500 AT4 bed, seat back, and a panel in the center console.

I think so. The new arms are beefier and the angle where the ball joint sits is a lot closer to the tire.

I installed 5 inch BDS with 37x11.50x20 on stock rims I love it nice ride also. Lots of compliments I think it looks great.

At 295/65/20 it is actually a 35.1" I had a little trimming in the front, about 2" because in reverse it would rub when turning. No doubt hitting a bump or a dip in a driveway I would have hit too.

I did the Fox 2.0 shocks all the way around, BDS UCA's, and a new 2" rear block (I wanted to somewhat keep the rake)

I would have to disagree with your mechanic, they will rub. BDS is correct as I have their level and UCA's on my 2024 and found this out the hard way and ended up using 1" spacers for the time being until I find a wheel I like but I like the stock look. What we found with mine and the BDS UCA's is that they will rub when you hit any bump and when you turn so pretty much all the time. You need to push them out but just a little because to much you'll start rubbing the front at the bottom of the wheel well when turning.

Sweet ride!

Just ordered a 1” rear block to add back a little rake as well. Your rig pushed me to do it. I have to head back into the shop anyway to install the HD Cognito tie rods. Thank again for sharing!
That’s great. What size tire? Post pics when done.

I am the OP of this thread. Will stick with my “35s” (285/65/20) for now. When they wear out I am going to likely do a full wheel+tire swap and go with Methods and 37s. Will be a few years I recon.

Nitto makes a 37 x 11.5 tire. that's what i am contemplating to use on the factory rims with 1.5" spacers.
