Haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Sort of holding out for Elka shocks. I contacted them some time ago if they had any that would work for the 2024 At4 and they said they were coming at some point. The idea got out on the back burner after that.

Anyone ever figure out how to fix the bounciness? I had the dealer road force balance the tires. 3 out of 4 failed and were replaced by GM. I paid for the 4th. They wouldn’t let me pick the tire only an exact replacement. Bounciness is still there. It’s like driving a damn bouncy ball down the highway. Making me hate the truck. Would love to get this fixed.

You had the tires road force balanced due to a "bouncy" ride? They should have told you that is not the cause. What tire pressure you running?

AT4 3500- running K02's 59 psi front 70 psi rear- the ride is great. The alarms go off if I am under 70 on the rears. The 10 psi is 100 percent making all the difference.

I forgot to mention, at the recommended psi's the truck lumbered down the road horribly. I was very disappointed. The mirrors rattled until they were damaged. GMC replaced both mirrors under warranty for me. (Silver lining)
So I just checked. Door jams say max 41 psi. Tire sidewalks say max load at 50 psi. They currently are at 35 psi. I’m going to pump them up to 40-45 and see how it feels. Thank you all for your comments. Hopefully it’s as simple as that.

Well, air pressure worked for me. I lowered mine to 55 front and 65 rear. I had a little bounce before when hitting bumps.
Granted I am not the guy to ask about a smooth ride. I have been in HD trucks for decades.
As far as the shocks, I believe it would be worth it to talk to the shock manufacture to make sure that your’e buying the correct shocks for your end use. An off road or sport shock will not work well for getting a Cadillac ride.
Also willing to bet the spring rates are stiffer in the AT4 than say the Denali.
That may be something to look into. Test drive a Denali and if you like the ride you can always see about getting the same shock they are using on them.

Increasing air pressure in the tires will absolutely not correct the issues you are dealing with. The PSI on the sidewall is what the tire is designed to handle under max load. You have not revealed, that I can determine, what model truck you have, is it a 1500, 2500 I dont know. The correct tire pressure is about the total weight of the vehicle.
