Bilstein 6112/5160

So I did a little research. The Ebay seller: DV International Trading, whichbis based in Canada owns or maybe runs Suspensionlifts.com. that company's website has the same package where they build the 6112s for you at desired circlip setting. Currently on sale and about $200 less than S.S.

This seems to be the cheapest option and delivery is in 2 weeks. Think I'll do it!
Google the company first another complaints of damaged parts being delivered. Not totally unfunctional but mostly cosmetic damage. They use to go under a different name and had issues. Not saying they aren’t legit just do some research on them.

I appreciate the heads up. 80% 5 stars. I like those odds. I'm still holding off for now, but I do like saving money, and 200 bucks is 200 bucks! I will probably wait too long and miss the sale knowing my luck!

I ordered the assembled 6112's and 5160's on Friday from Suspensionlifts.com. Hopefully will be here by 4/25. I'm having the 6112's set on highest setting to level the front. I also bought (elsewhere) Rough Country UCAs for 3.5" lift. That covers the stock 2" lift and the 1.2 I'll get from the Bilsteins. Doing all installation myself, so the only additional cost will be for a new alignment once I'm done. Very excited!

Update to all, I just got the tracker for my 6112's. Excited to get them in Thursday and hopefully install them Friday including the BDS UCA's.

I'll have it aligned Saturday morning. I'll post pics if I'm able to get it done.

Nice! Hope it's a smooth process!
Where did you order the BDS UCAs from? Shock surplus pushed the ICONs when I asked about other brands. Only reason they said is they were a “beefy” set up. I wasnt loyal to anyone brand as long as they were reputable. They steered me away from Fox due to a rebuild at 50K miles or so. My UCAs arrived 2 weeks before getting my shocks.

I bought some BDS UCAs from Facebook. They were new in the box with all hardware. I messaged BDS about them before I bought them and they said they would fit my truck and even better after the 1" lift. I think the ICONs, Ready Lift & BDS upper control arms all look about the same.

Project started last night removing all the old stuff. It was a pain in the ass to get the top strut bolts off, but I managed to remove everything withing an hour and a half plus another 30 minutes to install the UCA's. UPS should be here shortly so I'm getting ready for the install.

Done! Control arm is a little close to the tire so I’m getting a small spacer put on.

Nice!! Looks so good! I'm waiting on my 6112/5100 with Icon UCAs from Shock Surplus. I was worried the highest circlip wouldn't be enough, but your truck looks perfect!
