Bilstein 6112/5160

So yes I used the highest setting in my 6.2L, if you have the heavier 3.0 you might be lower.

Originally I ordered the ready lift 1.75, but decided to get the Bilstein after. So I used the Bilstein and the ready lift UCA from the kit, it wasn't high enough so after I installed just the lower spacer from the ready lift kit with the Bilstein shocks.

So for the bolts I alternated, on the side with the CV I installed the bolt up (like the truck comes stock) and the other hole I installed down. That way I didn't need to worry about removing the CV to get that one bolt in on each side, didn't see any harm in just going up.

I also have the road active suspension on my '25 even though the company said it doesn't fit the newer 25 and up AT4s, it fit fine on my '25 and raised the rear about an inch. So that might be another option for you vs changing out the rear block to gain an inch or more.

Included a pic of the RAS installed and one of the spacer on the front, you can see the head of one bolt and then the threads and a nut on the other side.

Cool thank you! Interesting that you put those bolts that way instead of reverse which would make more space under CV. I have a '21 with the 6.2 gas, so I would guess that's lighter than the diesel. Thanks for the pics, and the idea of the RAS. I didn't know that the RAS changed the height. I may consider that. So I will definitely go with a bottom spacer now and feel safe about clearance. Approximately how thick is that lower spacer? I found one that advertises a 1"lift, but it's not a 1 to 1 ratio due to geometry. The actual size of the piece isn't listed but does this pic look comparable in thickness to the one that comes in the Readylift kit?

Edit: I missed you saying you also have the 6.2. Oops! Oh and I have one more question too. Do you have any issues using 4wd Auto?

The jury has been out on these I obtained from Rough Country. I am still experiencing a small slight rub so I think I am going to install these to see what I get out of them....

I installed some on mine after after the 6112 didn't raise my front heigh enough, didn't need to remove almost anything except the wheels.

Removed the bottom bolts and used a pry bar in the spring to lift the lower shock enough to get the spacer in. I had both sides done in about an hour to include wheels off and on. You don't "need" to remove a bunch of stuff like the videos show.
how big of a spacer did you put? did you notice any difference in firmness?

I'm going for it too. YOLO! 😂
Let me know if you feel any difference in firmness. I'm curious as mine rode a softer I removed the lower spacer.

This weekend I removed my rough country 3.5" control arms and went with ready lift as my truck is driving very floaty. It has a weird feeling to it like it wants to follow the road and anything causes it to shift around. I spoke to RC and they said I used the wrong UCA's, so that could be causing it. I changed them out and used the top spacer from ready lift and just got it aligned and nothing changed. I rotated tires right before the alignment and I'm about to go get them balanced, but I feel like the front end is still wobbly or floaty. Not sure what to do now haha. I was thinking about changing out to coilovers to see if it would help out, thinking that spacers might be causing this feel..
