Banks iDash

I just installed the banks idash. Nice clean install in my at4x and the color is good.
What fields do you guys display on your idash? Here's what I picked so far but I'm not sure if they all will stay. View attachment 19613View attachment 19612View attachment 19611
I have attached my set up so that I watch percentage on Regen and also when it is actually active, Picture attached. I have to figure out where to ask a question regarding oil temps while towing. This is the reason I had took this picture the other day on the way to the lake. 22' bay boat. Probably 3800lbs at most. I guess if I never installed the banks, I wouldn't know to worry about it.. :( 63 degrees difference between oil and coolant. The dash coolant temp gauge does not show the higher temp reading, just normal position. I might make a post on it and see if one of the guys on here are familiar with it.

The pro version on the 2025s is a bit disappointing. Can't trigger regen, can't see oil pressure. You can see a lot but what it can't do is even more.

Can anyone confirm of the idash pro with the latest software, will indicate when regen is happening? Mine did but today with the latest update I was in regen and it said off for regen status.

I ordered a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500, 3.0 Duramax, in December 2024. I purchased a Banks idash in January 2025. I took delivery on my truck this past week.

I soon discovered the idash does not work or compatible with the 2025 LZO motor.

Banks agreed to upgrade my purchase to the Pro model for an additional $120. Awaiting delivery.

Download the 1.03 build and load it using the microSD.

1.04 has known bugs with regen status and dpf distance. I downgraded to 1.03 and it's working.

I ended up buying this pod off etsy for 50% off the pricing of the banks one. Was great quality.
Install takes maybe 20min.
Remove 2 bolts under pillar handle covers.
Drill hole in corner of cover, I used a 3/8" drill bit.
Remove side panel on dash.
Run cable up from OBD port.
Reinstall A pillar cover
Mount pod, install bolt, insert gauge.

Quick and easy.

I did make a install video Ill be publishing here shortly.
That's pretty nice how it sets it a tad lower....

Couple months old thread here, is the iDash Pro working out for those with the 2025 Diesel?

Remember when you update the new idash it wipes out your layout. If you backed it up you can restore 1 page but will have to reset everything else. They say they are working on a fix.

v1.07 flashed ok. i backed up prior, so my one-pager was restored (haven't built more pages yet). completely agreed on the frustration HAD i created mult pages - seems like core functionality and should be prioritized (coming from someone who works in a sw-dev-related industry).
