2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4x AEV Build

Thanks for the replies, now I need to find someone with the switchback style and see how they like it. Torn between the HD and switchback style
I know the Diamondback cover is not for everyone since its middle part is fixed. It worked great for me, totally sealed and even more so since I installed tailgate rubber seals; zero dust in there now even when I travel very dusty trails. Plus I have a bunch of stuff attached to the bottom of the rear lid; thanks to inspiration from @Johnv76; you can see a photo from my December Truck of the Month.

I did not, i only bought the 6 gain switch panel.
Ok I just spend over an hour trying to find a good spot to run the control cable from the engine bay to the cab, since you already figured it out can you send me a picture of where you ran your cable?

Yeah there is two different pass throughs on the firewall. One on the driver side and one on the passenger side. I went through the passenger side one. Was able to run my antenna cable and Auxbeam control panel wire through that same pass through. On the pass through you will see what looks like a little nub, or finger that sticks out. I simply cut a slice on the tip of that finger and with a little grease and coat hunger wire i was easily able to get them through. Below is a picture of the gromit in the engine bay one on the passanger side and one on the drivers side. .

New bed divider byTruxistim. Awesome build quality, fit secure, great company, and will work nicely or my application. It was between this or the molle panels. Decided to go with this for the versatility of my needs.

With the new bed divider, I had to fabricate another angle bracket so my fire extinguisher will fit again.

Johnv76, where and what brand of black lug nuts did you use? Looks so much better than the chrome.
Went with these. So far so good. Only issues i see so far is when they used a impact gun on the black lug nuts. Some minor scuffing. May swap them out with better ones later. However for 50.00 I'm impressed lol considering the GMC black ones cost almost 400.00.

Thanks, I agree. No way I’m paying 400.00 for lug nuts. In your pics the color match looks really good. Beautiful truck.
