For those of you that have a VIN, go to the GMC website, go to view inventory, go to filters, type in your VIN, it will tell you when it expects to be delivered to your dealer. It also has the window sticker. You are welcomed

Well so much for my 5/30 TPW. Maybe a 6/6 week now? GMC chat is still saying my TPW is 5/30 though. Anybody else with a 5/30 TPW check their status?

Yes mine was also 5/30 TPW! I also received the "your being built" notice on 5/16 and then, I checked all week last week. The chat never changed but once I texted the GMC support number for an update they told me it was fully produced. I pasted the number in a few posts back in this same thread just don't have it handy right now.

oh geez! you didn't order a red one did you? I heard those are no longer being made. Also saw something about diesel engines being on constraint. This is all hearsay i'm regurgitating from things i've read on here though!

Well finally got dealer to give me some information after putting in an order back on 3/16 and a call from dealer back on 5/4 about order being accepted. Dealer says today order has a hold on it with no eta still haven’t received a single email from the dealership or GMC. I noticed pretty much everyone has had some contact with GMC either an email or through online chat, not me. Build was a 6.2 white short bed with all 3 packages 18 inch wheels and no checkboxes.

Dealer says today order has a hold on it with no eta still haven’t received a single email from the dealership or GMC. Spoke to soon. Upset customer and finally got the dealer to give me a order number. Plugged it into the GMC chat and the chat says “congratulations your vehicle has been produced. Shipping arrangements will take place next. Ask dealer for more information” however the dealer just said there’s a hold on it for missing parts. Any idea what’s going on my GMC people?

Same here. As of yesterday I was still at 3400 with a TPW of 5/30. I’ve about had it with Gm and this whole process at this point. The lifter issues are worrying me as well. If I don’t have a produced truck by the end of this week I’m moving on from GMC.

My TPW is also 5/30, but still at 3400 this morning. Other orders I've seen recently have been produced 9 to 12 days after the TPW. Hang on a few more days, and let's hope for 3800 by the end of this week!

It seems there may be a lag between the time the truck is actually produced and by the time customer service see it as produced. A few people have said they showed 3400 when the truck had actually been built for a few days.

Could be... this is the exact message I've been getting from the customer service advisor on chat: "your vehicle order has been accepted by GMC and is working toward the production process. The Target Production Week is 05/30/2022. This date is subject to change. While it was slated to be built sometime this week, it has not yet reflected the produced status. However, it is slated to be built."

Hey guys, been trying to get an update from GMC chat or my dealer on my order status. Last I heard from the chat rep was that I was at event code 4200 - order shipped. My dealer said he hasn’t been invoiced for the truck yet, so he doesn’t have my VIN. I’ve tried to request it through chat, but no luck. Dealer said GMC drags their feet sometimes in delivering the invoice. It’s been over a week since it shipped, anyone else experience this?
