About 20 years ago I worked at the Leer plant in PA. I was just a couple years out of high school and looking for any job. My first day there they asked me if I had any experience painting. The conversation went something like this:Thanks. Leer did a great job. I can’t tell that it’s not a factory paint job.
Me - No sir! I have no idea how to paint.
Leer - Perfect! You're our new painter!
I can't tell you how many truck caps and tonneau covers got pulled out of the oven and pushed right back into my paint booth. After about 3 months I decided it wasn't the job for me.
