I’m not messing with it other than leveling it. Readylift will have their kit out in a month or so. Leaving the suspension other than that.
I did the same on Tuesday but got the sills, half hood, and half fenders.Had paint protection film installed on the front bumpers, headlights, fog lights and mirror caps.
I didn't ask but when I picked it up, he also did the half front fenders on both sides. I installed a AVS II bug shield along the front of the hood so I skipped the hood film.I did the same on Tuesday but got the sills, half hood, and half fenders.
"I did the same thing on my 2022 AT4 w/factory lift, got rid of the 20" wheels and went with 17x8.5 Black Wheel Icon Alloys Compression 6x5.5 0, 35X12.50R17LT Toyo Tires Open Country A/T III All Terrain tires BUT I had to do a lot of trimming and I still have a little rub when I make a right turn up a driveway or something similar. I'm going to install Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks in the front along with the Ready Lift w/ control arms to see if that will stop the little rub.Sierras have long had the boxy wheel wells. It is this that causes the rub with bigger tires. Obviously sticking with a stock positive offset is going to make a huge difference in what size tires will fit.
I don't feel I lost much of the DSSV ride with the front level or airbags. Some, sure, but not a lot. It still rides a lot nicer than my 2020 AT4 did (and it's not like the 2020 was bad or anything), and my wife has a 2020 AT4 carbon pro, and my X still rides nicer than hers.
I don't like trimming, but it is worth it to me to fit the offset wheel and tire size I prefer. No one else would even know, unless I showed them or they looked real close, that there is some trimming done. My biggest worry is always - does this or can this, void my factory warranty. Which may depend a lot on the dealer and shop one takes their truck to.
Went ahead and ordered these emblems from the site that another member posted. Really like em. Super easy to put on after I took the old ones off.

I finally got around to doing some house stuff and saved some time to do this. Also got a good wash. Those look nice. I have two like that for the sides and one a tad smaller for the tailgate. Also a red/black GMC for the tailgate and red/black SIERRA for the tailgate. Had them for over 3 months - my truck has been debadged since mid Feb - and still haven't put my new ones on yet. Mostly because I am busy with work, and the weather doesn't cooperate here in MT much on weekends or days off to have a good temp (and no rain or snow) to install them. Was hoping this weekend, but it is 50 and been raining most of the time for days straight. I'll get to them sometime. Seeing yours give me incentive to get mine put on!
Are the Bilsteins adjustable? If so, you might be able to lower then a little to be more level with the rear-end.I finally installed the Rough Country 1.75” leveling kit with UCA’s and Bilstein adjustable front shocks.
Between the 2” factory lift, the Bilstein shocks and the leveling kit, my front end is now .75” higher than the rear. I’ve ordered Bilstein shocks for the rear but I’m still waiting. I don’t know if the new rear shocks will raise the rear so the truck sits level. If not, I’ll have to install new rear blocks.
I think the truck looks great, but my wife is already bitchin’ that it’s too had to get into. Actually, she’s right! I didn’t expect the front to be raised as much as it was. This all started when I bought new wheels and 35” tires! I had to raise the truck because I was getting so much rubbing. The tires were just too friggin’ tall. I would have been better off with 34” tires. I’ll just have to get a stool for her to use.
I’m no trained investigator…actually I am!, but those look like Ready Lift not Rough County!I finally installed the Rough Country 1.75” leveling kit with UCA’s and Bilstein adjustable front shocks.

Yes, the Bilsteins are adjustable, but one would have to take the whole thing apart again to adjust them. I think it would be easier to add a 1" block to the rear but then the truck will be even taller. Well, I'll just have to live with it. Live and learn!!! The rear Bilsteins are on the way. ETA about 3 days. Are the Bilsteins adjustable? If so, you might be able to lower then a little to be more level with the rear-end.
I have a 2" leveling kit, and my front end is level with the rear if not slightly lower. I have stock Rancho shocks.
