What did you do to your AT4 today?

Had a couple free minutes at lunch so I put some grommets in my stake pocket to run air lines through. One in the bottom I had to fish in with a couple screwdrivers. Not impossible, but not easy either. Only swore a couple times.

I swapped out the factory exhaust on my for a CORSA Performance Sport Catback Exhaust System on my 2025 GMC Yukon XL AT4 Ultimate ( 6.2L ) last Friday ( I realize it wasn't technically today, but I finally dumped the videos from my phone today 🤷‍♂️ ).

Here's a quick little video of it with a "Warm Start" vs. "Cold Start"

Rookie mistake. Should have pressure checked the bags before install. Driver side fitting is leaking. I'll have to pop that one back out and investigate. Passenger side and air tank all check out okay.

Install the 5100's in the rear of the truck this morning and took a drive. Instantly can notice a big difference! Can't wait for the front 6112's to come in now...

FYI I went with 5100's in rear as I don't do any off-roading at all. Felt like all I need was the 5100's for all my highway driving I do.

As someone that has air bag suspension on my 53' Suburban the leaks are most likely in the fitting or line. You need to make sure every line is cut 90 degrees and when you push the line in, tug back out on it to make sure it is seated. I also recommend Teflon tape on all fittings or plugs. Go around with soapy water and spray the fittings and any plugs. The leak will identify itself with bubbles.

Yep, in my case, I guess I didn't tighten the fitting enough. lines were all good. Soap was bubbling right from the fitting connection. Took out the bag, and the fitting was looser than I'd like. I either forgotten to tighten it, or didn't do it to my normal internal torque spec. Took it out, retaped and doped it, and reinstalled. No issues now. Just gotta reinstall it and carry on with the rest of the project now.

I'm trying to love this truck, but it's getting so damn difficult. Put the wheels back on after installing the airbags just to move it outside to clean the garage up a little. Still need to plumb some air lines, but needed to clean things up a little. Been a couple weeks since I drove it, and I get it to roll, but it won't start. Then I get the service def message. Def is full, battery didn't seem weak. Do I have air in the fuel line? Some other issue?

Installed a New DV8 bumper this week, what do you all think? To be completely honest I work with DV8 off road and loved the bumper so much, when I seen it I had to have it first haha. This bumper will be coming out early next week. I Installed four 3" amber led pod lights and one 20" led dual row light bar with halo. Also running a 12k winch up front. I'm loving this bumper so far can't wait to hit the trails. I completed Burns canyon trail from Yucca CA to smarts ranch trail in big bear last weekend I'll throw some pics from that trip too.

Congrats, you sure that's only 2" of factory rake? Guess it could be my eye playing tricks, but yeah I couldn't stand the difference with the stock rake after putting wheels on.
