I checked with GMC a couple days ago.

"Your order has been submitted by your dealer but has not officially been accepted by GM at this time."

It took my order approximately two months to be accepted. That's for a 1500 so I guess it doesn't exactly relate.

I placed my order with Rivard in Tampa on Jan 25th. Hopefully they are that fast. I guess they claim to be the number two dealership in the country. Hope that's a good thing for me! Waiting is the worst.

I ordered mine from Laura GMC, on 27 Nov 23, and took delivery on 31 Jan 24. You can go to gmc.com and check the status of the build. Click the chat bubble at the bottom, put in your name and order number then type in "order status". The chatbot will tell you where it's at. Not very detailed, but it's something.

My order from Rivard went in Jan 3 and a small change was made Jan 8. As of Monday, still waiting for the order to be accepted. I can assure you the steps that @Vader listed work and are very quick.

Good news for you but WTH? I ordered before you. My order is a little strange with a gas motor and I understand they may not be filled in order but still like to get started. Keep us up to date.

I had to call my dealer to get the status. The VIN was available the week before the Targeted Production Week (TPW). A couple of days after you have the vin, you can go to the following web site to get a copy of the window sticker. Replace the "PUT YOUR VIN HERE" with your actual vin.

I have an order for a 2500 AT4 gas. Order was sent in on 13th and am at status code 3000 as of yesterday.
