iDash Pro no manual regen for 24/25

You have to start with the truck completely off.

Foot off brake, press hold start button until dash turns on. Idash should also turn on.

Go into idash diagnostics menu, select mobile Regen, follow prompts. Once successfully done, start and drive .

If you don't begin with the truck off it will fail. I turn it off then open the door, close the door and go through the process
Idk why I can’t get it to begin the mobile regen despite doing everything you said. I was doing the same thing. Guess I’ll reach out to Banks and see if they have anything else for me. What year is your truck?

I have a 2025. If the truck isn't completely off and dead before you beging the process it won't work. That's usually my biggest issue, thinking it's off but it's not completely off.

I don’t know how it’s not completely off. Unlocking my truck in the driveway and turning on only the ignition with myself and the keys in the seat. No foot on brake and engine off. Still fails every time…

Turn your truck completely off. Next, push the start button and hold it for 5+ seconds. Then go on the idash, diagnostics and mobile Regen. If it gives you an error, try again. I had to press mobile Regen probably 3-4 times kept getting error and eventually it was good to go. Regen turned on within a mile of driving.

There may also be a fail safe embedded in the idash. If I recall correctly, the 23 and older models couldn't go into regen until you had 90% sut level.

My mobile Regen was generated at 87%.
