So what are the steps to force the regen with the idash?
Did you have to be at 90% + for that to work?Has anyone run the mobile regen? I tried, you have to start out with engine off ignition on, but was never able to actually get to the regen. I kept getting the message "mobile regen failed".
Update, you have to start the process from a completely shut off truck, you can just pull over turn off the engine and run it.
Got in, pressed start button for 6 seconds, turned on the idash. Selected mobile regen, OK'd the disclaimers and it said mobile regen enabled. Started truck and within a mile the regen turned on. Ran like normal from then on.
I was at 85 when I ran it.Did you have to be at 90% + for that to work?
You can trade in the old idash and get the new pro at a discount...I think it was $125 or $150. Just throwing it out there to you.So as a point of clarification, I have the old idash (I think the 1.8 version), I just tried to update and I'm still not finding a Regen option. Does this only apply to the new Bluetooth connected idash?
Update: yeah this doesn't work on the ""old"" Ibanks. BS. . Banks lost me. 400 dollars for updated Bluetooth capability after I just bought what they had available less than a year ago and now I won't have forced Regen? no thanks. Going to buy an edge CTS
Do you have a link for that? You can trade in the old idash and get the new pro at a discount...I think it was $125 or $150. Just throwing it out there to you.
No...I called them and they sent me the link via text I believe. You fill out the information and they send you a shipping label to ship the old unit. When they receive the old unit, they send the new out to you.Do you have a link for that?

I already own an classic iDash Datamonster and just ordered a IDash Pro Data using the discount after calling this number. Things may have changed but I got a 50% discount and get to keep my old iDash. I confirmed with Banks that I can use both in a dual configuration. I believe the discount only works if you own a 3.0L Duramax, not sure if it can also be used on the 6.7L or notNo...I called them and they sent me the link via text I believe.
