They don’t come on while truck is running, well at least mine don’t. I would think that they would.
Was the issue resolved? Do the lights come on now while truck is running?

I just ordered the all on High Beam mod from Boostauto; I'll try it out if it makes sense. I very rarely blast high beams. Back in the day, and I mean the very early 70's, when I lived in England (UK), all cars drove only with parking lights, it was not the law, not even normal beams on highways unless it was a really dark road/night.
Mine is doing the same thing but it’s like the drivers side is only lights up 40% of the leds like there are gaps in between each led light you can tell a difference between each side and the passenger works Perfectly is yours still working ok? I may try pulling the ground wire off battery for a few min and maybe trying a reset at the dealer if I can’t get my computer at my shop to do something
Yes i been searching for a fix i just called the dealer today i only had my new truck since December 26 so just over a week now and it happened to me on day three so ill be brining mine in soon! Hopefully someone here will say something that they know what the fix is just to have a idea
