It's listed on the Moroni Sticker. It was 6 services within 3 years, in '15.
Only includes oil, oil filter, grease and up to 4 gals of DEF.

Did you get answer on this issue. I am having exact same issue. I was wondering if it started after the last system update I completed a couple weeks ago as I did not notice the driver side running board lights being out before then.
Yes I got one free oil change. I am going to request and additional oil charge due to the inconvenience of the step light issue.
I took it to the dealership about the step light on the drive side and was told that there is a issue with the module inside the step and it had to be replaced. They ordered the part and I will have to take it back to them to get repaired once the part get to the dealership. Inconvenience but the only option they gave me.
Yes there is a module inside the step that is going bad. They has several other cars come in with the same issue. I would have them order the part before taking the vehicle to them so you can get it fix the same day.
So I just took mine to dealership to tell them about the lights not coming while truck still on. They had no clue what I was talking about and thought maybe it’s suppose to be like that. I showed them this thread about others having same issues. I’ll have to go back to leave it so they can inspect further.
So just a follow up... so I had the dealership replace the module inside the step. However the ligh is still not working and not I have to get the led light strip replace. I was told it must have shorted out. The light is on back order so I am waiting for it to come in. At this point I told the dealership to cover all gas expenses due to this inconvenience and they agreed.
I just wanted to double check what year your truck is? I took my 2024 2500 yesterday for same and they looked confused on what I was asking . They thought that was normal operation for lights on running boards to no come on when trucking running. Can yiu share what module they told you had to be repelaced?

I had mine in last week and they ordered a new light strip for the driver’s side. I’m not sure if they also ordered the module.
Is there anyone reading this thread that has a 2024 with working driver’s side retractable step light? It would be mildly amusing if it is a software bug that turns on the passenger light and not the driver’s…

I also have a 2024 AT4 noticed tonight passenger light on but no driver light. I didn’t even know it had lights in steps until I walked around to passenger side tonight. Lol. Geezzz

Jumping in here because I just saw this thread and got curious. I have a `24 AT4 HD. I just walked into my garage and remote started the truck. The garage was dimly lit (could resemble dusk), both driver and passenger illuminated under the dropdown steps. They stay illuminated as I unlocked the doors, opened the door and climbed in, and stayed lit until i turned the engine on. All seems normal there.
What baffles me, and I think a few of you, is why dont they turn on when i just unlock the truck? Maybe it needs to be really dark out?
