Pressure release valve. It has a one-way valve halfway down to prevent any debris. What is the plastic hose on top for?
the computers on our trucks will throw a check engine light if it sees to much pressure, so the hose has a by pass valve that’ll open at a certain pressure. When doing the R&D I had the check engine light come on and when I check the code it was due to excessive pressure, adding a by pass valve fixed this issue. What is the plastic hose on top for?
