Sorry I got the brushless - I should have clarified!

Either way I’ll share pictures.

For 90 amps, a 15' foot run of both positive and negative (which is called "round trip" because the positive and negative cable should ideally be the same gauge AND the same length), 6 AWG is not nearly enough gauge. You're near 1 AWG or 1/0; check your calculations on that!

New product from Overland Defense. Their Fog light mounts for the GMC Sierra 1500 AT4x AEV front bumper.

did you buy the universal wiring harness with your squad pro lights? i just received my lights finally and going to tackle install this weekend but there is little to know info on the wiring and dont want to simply cut off the rocker switch to connect to my auxbeam without some validation.

Nope just the wiring package that Baja Design offers, then wired it right up to my AuxBeam switch panel.

When you did this light swap did you notice if there is a way to have the whole housing to be removed to maybe have a full replacement like outfitters 3D printed housing is?
Im not sure what your asking my friend.

This build is not my cup of tea of what I would do. OTOH it's what you like that matters!! You are doing a fantastic job with attention to detail just how you want it.

And man that Baja Designs lighting is the very best you can get. I've been using that brand since the 90's and can't recommend them enough in terms of reliability and night vision.

All my bikes have the pros mounted. I'm still running the same ones on my 2012 Beta 498 and 2017 Super Tenere. I'm very pleased that the company has worked into the 4 wheel community for lighting.

Finally got my on board Viair air compressor hard wired into the truck, and connected to my AuxBeam switch panel. The AuxBeam switch panel itself can not handle to 23amp max draw, so I wired the main power source to a 60am relay, then trigger the relay on and off using my AuxBeam switch panel. I also wired up 10gauge westher proof connections to the i can remove everything if i need to remove my DiamondBack crossbin and Tonneau cover for the use of my full bed.

Small addition, but my OCD was driving me crazy. Organizing is the key. New Ridgid pack out to hold all my recovery gear, straps, shackles, etc. Other Ridgid pack out holds tools, spare parts, tire repair kit, fuses, etc.

Looks awesome. (y)

That's one thing I won't copy off you since I dare not have anything permanent through the full length of my truck bed to help fit my 2 meter pattern plane fuselages when I go RC model flying.

New Apex Performance compact 25ft hose reel. Nice little product, and really keeps everything nice and organized.
