2022 Refresh Order Experience

Hmmm? I went to the main GMC.com website and then click on the message us on the box in the lower right corner of the main page. When I type in "Please provide me with the Build Code for order XXXXXX", I keep getting this reply "I can help you schedule a dealer appointment. What is the year of your vehicle?"

Visit GMC.com from iPhone/Android. Initiate a chat, it should open your messaging app to text with GMC. Ask for "event code". Follow the prompts and you will be connected to a live agent. Supply your oder # and continue to ask for an event code. They should provide. If they say "it will cause confusion" continue to ask, they will supply it.

Moving forward simply open that text chat and ask for event code again.

My order still hasn’t been accepted. At this point they’ll be on the dealership lots locally before mine comes in. So frustrating.

How do we find out which plant our trucks are being built from? Is that know once the build starts or after it’s complete?

I just found out my pick up is built and waiting to ship. How long does this part of the process usually take?

My dealer said approximately a month after build. That is from Flint Michigan to Greeley Colorado. My TPW is 3/28, and they said to expect delivery around the last week of April first week of May.

My build has been on event code 3400 since March 2nd with a production date of March 14th. Today the vehicle is still at event code 3400.

I would expect delays gents.

Wow that sucks. Thanks for the update. I am still at 3400 but do not know a production date. My Salesman texts me with an update every Wednesday as I guess that is when GM updates order status. I keep you posted.

Just checked, mine is at 3300 ORDER SELECTED, SCHEDULED FOR PRODUCITON. My TPW is next week.

Has anyone had their order picked up that got the Titanium Rush Metallic? If you build an AT4 or Denali and then check inventory there isn’t a single one in that color.

haven’t seen any photos or videos yet (i check 15 times a day). Ill post one if I can find it. Great video of the blue At4 on YouTube.
