I got the same ones and installed them with the bass blockers it came with, no sound just like you explained. I'll remove those tomorrow..in order to get them back working do i need to reset anything or disconnect the battery for any specific period of time? Also, did you end up with the other bass blockers the Crutchfield Bass Blockers Pair of inline frequency filters (300 Hz cut-off)?

I changed to the crutchfield bass blockers and have no sound for phone or navigation. I do have door chimes. I have not found a solution.

I ended up pulling my blockers for mine and it clears up everything.

I haven’t had any crackling or popping yet. I listen to my music pretty loud.
