What did you do to your AT4 today?

Scored a deal on some High Clearance GM Steps on Bookface Marketplace and couldn't resist swapping out the very low and wide Sierra ones my truck had when I bought it. Much Better now, anyone in the PNW need some Sierra steps that make it really easy to get in and out?

I'm have been looking for 2 years for a set of the black sport steps. Just nothing shows up for sale around here! 😔

I love the high steps. That was one well thought out design detail on these trucks. GM must have gotten smarter and not list Sierra/Silverado on them anymore. Much cheaper to manufacture one design.

Drove it 13 hours pulling a 7x14 flat deck trailer with built up sides to Utah. Going to load up some of the In-Laws stuff as they're moving back to WA State.

I can't wait to get rid of mine and get some amp steps installed, too short I guess. I do like those wider mud flaps!

Drove to lab for blood work this morning and the infotainment screen was completely unresponsive! I could only control with buttons on back of steering wheel. Went in for blood work and came back out and all was good?? Hopefully it was just a glitch, as it's never happened before.

I installed my Ready Lift 2.0 SST kit over the weekend. The install was pretty straightforward. I installed the 3" block in the rear as well. Glad I barrowed my buddy's impact. Off to get it aligned tomorrow. I will get larger tires at some point but not in my immediate plans. The before pic is followed by the after. Once aligned and the suspension has settled I will get a final lift measurement.

Spent a rainy weekend camping. I was quite impressed with the fuel economy though. About an hour trip, one way, probably 5k ish trailer, weight, maybe more. Did pop a CEL again when I left to come home. I'll have to run the code and see what comes up.

Never realized if gives you your average fuel economy while trailing. I will have to play with the setting more.

Yeah there's quite a few neat things in that menu. I have 3 or 4 different profiles set up for all the different trailers I pull. I think I'm going to get the tpms sensors for my travel trailer and set them up for a little extra piece of mind.

Yeah I created a trailer profile. I too would like to upgrade to TPMS sensors. The trailer technology is outstanding from showing the side camera angle when using your turn signal to the hitch guidance camera views.

Well, half way through a 5000 mile road trip needed 4 new tires. Had 6112/5100 installed a few weeks back with UCAs. Had an alignment done at that time. I’m vigilant with checking tires for road hazards anytime I stop somewhere. Noticed the fronts were wearing more than normal expected. Had 25K on these tires. Kept looking over the next 1000 miles and the wear got worse, down to the wear bars and then some. Made it to one of our spots but all stores closed on Sunday. Found a shop early Monday morning that did tires and alignments. Tech found one of the UCA bolts not fully to spec, which explained the popping noise while off the beaten path. Alignment showed the toe and camber out as well. It was like they didn’t even do it. They were able to get things tightened down, alignment done and new tires. Hercules Terra Trac AT X-venture. This are made by Cooper. Only tires that had in hand that fit and could be put on same day. LT 275/70 18. Beggars can’t be choosers. So far decent in rain but will report back after 1000 more miles.

That sucks. I'd press the original shop for a printout of the alignment. See if they would own up to their mistake and at least kick in towards your tire bill.
