What did you do to your AT4 today?

Got my iBank in to start doing some monitoring.

Some pieces to the puzzle showed up yesterday. Waiting on some airlines hardware from Amazon today. Probably won't be able to install for a while though, truck goes into the shop Monday to see if they can get rid of these CEL codes.

On a side note, took my old beater ( 02 Neon) to the junkyard since it won't pass inspection without some serious work. Was able to find a pretty clean '16 Ford Fiesta for sale locally. Turbo inline 3, 5 speed manual. I put almost 10k miles on my truck in about 4 months and I'd like to slow that down a little. Drove it 60 miles round trip last night for hockey practice and got 51 mpg (dash claim, unverified). Here I thought my truck got good mileage.

I just got mine last week. I also ordered the illuminated GMC emblem but told by dealer they are on back order and I won’t be seeing it any time soon. Anyone else have the same problem?
Welcome.

Online stores are saying they are available.

Had someone clip the driver's side mirror today. Guess I'll be getting that replaced at some point. Thank goodness for the dash cam!

The other vehicles mirror fell off; you have the plate #, did you report the incident?

Done a lot lately! I'll have to take some pics and videos later to share. But so far I've installed RealTruck elevate rack and rails under factory installed Rev (Bakflip MX4) tonneau. The added 1/4 inch height from additional rails makes the folded up tonneau block the 2 cams in the center brakelight. I may do a couple relocate kits eventually. Installed led strips in bed under rails and hooked them up to cargo light circuit (required a relay, too much draw otherwise). Installed sequential led strip between tailgate and bumper. Added Sequential running board strips. Added AVS Aerocab Pro marker lights. Added oem illuminated Red front GMC emblem. Added Baja Designs small reverse lights under bumper. Replaced front door (powerbass),and dash corner (AudioControl PNW-275) speakers. Added oem Kicker subwoofer (fed signal from factory bose mini sub, not door speaker).

WHAT I ACTUALLY DID TODAY, was add a cargo light switch in the bed. I put it in small existing round hole in pass side stake pocket. I can't believe GM didn't give us one! Very simple. I bought a small momentary switch from Amazon. It has two connections. One goes directly to ground. The other goes all the way up along the frame rail to the cab. I entered through a rubber grommet under driver's side floor carpet. I tried to solder a piece of 20 gauge solid wire to the stranded but i suck, and failed. I used a heat shrink butt connector. This gave me a little solid "pin" at the end of my wire. This "pin" gets pushed right into pin spot 18 in the blue bcm connector. It's a solid grey wire. Zip tie everything in place. That's it. Now my switch in the back does exactly what yhe factory switch in the cab does. It works in conjunction too. I can use either to turn on or off all my cargo lights!

Can you give me some more info on the cargo light mod you did? I would love to do this.

Yeah sure! There is a detailed post about it in a different forum. The guy breaks down every single step with lots of pictures. I had already added the extra lights, so I just followed the steps for the switch install. Let me see if I can figure out how to make a link to that. I'll report back shortly!
