Here in Idaho diesel went from $3.25 to now $5.49. It went up about 85¢ before the Iran thing even started. Perfect time to buy a big diesel truck!
It was back in late 2000 when gas crossed $1/gallon in NJ, I was able to negotiate a buy out of my 1999 Ford Expedition XLT lease, almost a year before end of term. I had been travelling 130 miles a day for work and was well over my 12,000 miles a year lease mileage. I paid $21,000 for the buyout instead of the residual $28,000. I was a happy camper. Having done 178,000 miles on it, I traded the Expedition for $3000 in Oct 2024 as part of the GMC truck purchase.

Upgraded the Dome light module plug & play mod to enable the following,
Note: This pairs great with our Dome Light Module to activate your lights anytime the dome lights turn on. Opening doors, unlocking doors, remote starting, or manually turning on dome lights with overhead button. From the factory these lights will only activate when you unlock the truck without the Dome Light Module.

I had the Atak….to loud for me, sounded amazing, but I must be getting old.

I installed an S&B intake on my Yukon.
That sucked properly. Listen, I’ve tinkered with many vehicles in my time of 40 years on this earth. I don’t ever ever ever want to have to remove and reinstall a turbo inlet pipe on a 3.0 ever again. I burned through half a can of graphene lube on that install. Rope trick to pull in the pipe barely helped too. You really need a friend to help.
I was too beat up to install the PPE resonator delete and charge cooler pipes. I’ll do that another day.
