What did you do to your AT4 today?

Greetings all! Not new to the forum (been lurking for a couple months), but here's my first post. Just bought a 2026 GMC Sierra AT4 a couple of weeks ago, and already had a ton of mods waiting in their boxes for this truck to arrive. Less than a week old, I installed RC's leveling kit with new UCA's. I figured as long as I was removing the factory struts, I might as well replace the Ranchos with Bilstein's on all 4 corners as well. This made a HUGE difference. Being that the Bilstein's had built-in adjustability, I skipped installing the strut spring spacer that comes with the RC kit, as the ring clip on the top position was essentially the same measurement as the strut spacer. I did however, still use the lower spacers that go underneath the struts on the lower control arms to achieve that 1.75"+ lift/leveling. As most already know, it's crazy how fragile and dainty the stock UCA's are when compared to RC's. I also LOVE the red pop.

P.S. Anyone in the market for brand new Rancho strut shocks along with the rears? ;)
I love the red control arms. Who makes the upper control arms?

Rough Country makes this kit. Looks like there's a handful of outfits that offer kits, but theirs seemed to check all the boxes with function and affordability. And yes, the red looks awesome! Really compliments the splashes of red throughout.

I can change these UCA's out WITHOUT lifting the truck right? stock height is fine for me as I use this truck strictly to tow my trailers

Embiggened it.

Thrilled with how it came out.

Full day of fun. Oil change, rotate tires, and installed the Talon’s garage skid/engine/transfer case, and fuel covers. The early AT4s have a thin plastic front skid and if you have a 3.0 there are exhaust components under there. Too risky for me bouncing around fields and trail rides. The fuel tank was probably overkill but there have been more cases of tanks being drilled and the fuel stolen. Figured it wouldn’t hurt. They do get warm but not hot to the touch after driving for some concerned about the heat.

That is definitely next on my list of projects.

Looks great. How do you like those jacks? Do you use them on any other vehicles? I have been looking at some but can’t seem to find any that would work for all our vehicles. Either too low for my HD and lofted jeep, or won’t fit my daughter’s Mazda and wife’s GX. I oil change and rotate tires on all of them. I really need a lift!

What is your front measurement from center of hub to bottom of front fender after the new Bilstein's and lower shock mount spacer from the RC kit?

From the center of the hub to the bottom of the fender is 25.25" and from the ground to the same spot is exactly 41". Dead even on both sides which is surprisingly cool. This is perfect, as the rears are 41.5" so that gives me a small amount of positive rake for towing/hauling. I also installed the RAS Suspension in the rear (thanks to others in this forum for that tip).
