My question is, If I trim my current kick panel, with this switch work on my 22 refresh setup?

It could, would depend on the harness connection under dash and the under hood electrical center. It’s not just the switch but also an auxiliary fuse block.

I put them in my truck as well but I depinned the wire that goes to the third brake light location. Will never put anything up there. I got lucky I got mine free were getting new Chevy trucks at work and we don’t use them some guys don’t even know they are in their back seats lol. It will work tho. Just panel that comes with time seems a little lighter then the one one.

I went with a switch pros panel. A little more expensive but I only had to run the wires for the panel itself through the firewall, everything I want to add to it connects under the hood.

I like having the switches more visible too vs hiding behind the steering wheel.

very clean install, did you use the SDHQ mount for the inside as well?

I just removed the usb plugs and lighter plug. The hardware fit without having to cut or drill anything.

I did have to go back in after and reinstall the usb plug, then zip-tie it out of the way. The plugs in the center console snd SD card for navigation won’t work unless it’s plugged in.
