i still haven't done my update, I guess ill wait a few months for the next update, hehe
 

I have the same issue after a "forced" update via USB from the dealership.

Another firmware update will be available soon, pure speculation, I hope. That shit is annoying.

It sounds like the drivers A pillar speaker is blown when someone speaks via Bluetooth.

Find a different dealer/shop if you're that concerned about getting your truck fixed for warranty work.

I've never had an issue with my dealership correcting issues. With software/firmware updates, every variable cannot be accounted for. That's why they are always evolving with technology.

Maybe I'm different and can cope with the small indiscretions of my truck.

I'm not gonna get spooled over the small stuff. Once my truck leaves me stranded in an unsafe area, then the dealership and I will have a discussion.
 

I have a 25 AT4 that also has the noise cracking issue while making phone calls. I don’t use CarPlay fwiw. No updates or fixes available yet as far as I know.

Please keep us posted for a fix. It is so annoying with talking and crackling.

My truck has not been in and this is the reason why. The fix doesn't fix.
 

When is GMC going to fix this? SPEND $75,000 on a Truck and GMC can't fix this for over 2 months now... So irritating! What's going on GMC?
 

I had the update done yesterday however havn't had a phone conversation on it since.
