Steering wheel centering

I finally took my truck to the dealer yesterday to get the tailgate recall done while I was in town. Figured while they had it I'd have them center my steering wheel which has pointed left since day 1; although the truck tracks straight.
They said the tech had adjusted it, test drove it, readjusted it 4 times and it was no pulling to the right. FML! Has anyone had this done and can give info I can feed their "tech" so he can get it right?

It might be your pitman arm that's bad or too loose. The fix isn't going to be adjusting the steering wheel, not sure what that even means, or an alignment because everything is going to come back within range.

If they say the pitman is good, they won't replace so
The cheaper fix is probably going to be a steering stabilizer that you'll have to pay out of pocket for. Lots of how tos on YouTube
