Just curious since you have a 2022 AT4X. Did your VIN digit #5 have a '8' or '9' in it? I'm looking at the model years it's claiming this service bulletin is for an it mentions that on the document. See what I boxed in RED, attached this post.

Anyone else try this dealer Service Bulletin (Bulletin No.: 22-NA-253) yet -- "Subject: Cluster RPO UDV 162.1 Software Update – Multiple Updates". I have a 2022 AT4 (pre-AEV bumper) built in 9/2022.

Just curious if anyone else tried this without issues?

Yes and it worked ! After a failed attempt 6 months ago, I had the dealer (Steele GMC Round Rock) try again on my next oil change.

They said it took 3 tries and that it only worked after they disconnected my dash cam . They used this exact bulletin you referenced.

Also , the next day I took it off road to ensure the AT4X upgrades took affect

With success; I just had my dealer handle the execution of Service Bulletin (Bulletin No.: 22-NA-253). I have a 2022 AT4X (pre-AEV bumper) built in 9/2022. They did say that the software update just sat there for about an hour (with no clear understanding of how much time remaining) and then finally went through. They said it updated 3 different modules (gauge cluster, infotainment and the ECM).

No issues at all on the last 40 minutes of driving. Thanks to all of those who provided info here! Cheers
