Radio cuts out for 1 second consistently

I have the 2025 2500 AT4X and radio cuts out a lot. Is there anyway to print out the forum discussion here so I can provide to service tech when I bring my truck in for evaluation?
On a android, you can be on a website and click on the 3 horizontal lines (the "hamburger") and have the option to print/make a pdf.

No clue on apple.

My 23 AT4X will cutout maybe once or twice when I first start out, but if I make or receive a call it will continually cut out and in for the next 30 seconds or so. 🤬

I see a lot of posts from 2025 about the radio cutting out frequently for a second I just purchased a 2024 at4 and am having this problem does anyone know the fix for it ? I tried the reset didn’t work . Thanks
2026 and mine cuts out periodically. It's not phone related, as it cuts out while I'm on FM, Satellite, and Android Auto. The dealer did an update, but it's still doing it.

I have a 25 and mine does it quit often in the beginning and seems to go away the longer you are in the truck.......I haven't taken it in for this issue yet...

My 2026 does it. I've been told its my phone, an inexpensive 5G Samsung A32. Does it cut out with $1000 phones? Apple? Very irritating. My 2018 Sierra didn't do this.
Don't worry, it does this with my $1,400 Samsung Galaxy as well. It's not a phone issue.

For me, it doesn't matter the audio source.

Android Auto (iHeartRadio)
AM/FM radio
USB audio files
Bluetooth audio

All of them cut out intermittently.

Now then... driving a $100k+ vehicle, I expect these comforts to be pretty fine tuned. The smart phone in my pocket should not work faster, more efficiently (with few to no glitches) than this truck. As far as I'm concerned, this is old technology already. Smart phones, tablets... Samsung has to cram this technology into a space small enough to fit into your pocket. GM just has to make it fit inside the cab of the truck. Screens should change instantly when you tap a button. All screen taps should register immediately. All audio should be glitch-free.

I agree wholeheartedly, they should have fixed the software problem. I think we need to learn how to live with it. I don't have faith they will fix it. Does anyone know if GMC has acknowledged the problem and have people working on it.

I am a victim of this phenomenon also. 2025 AT4X with 3.0 Duramax. It really didn't bother me much but as time goes on, when it happens I feel my disgust growing and I don't think it our phones either, I am using iPhone 17 pro. Unfortunately, I highly doubt GM will come up with a fix for this.

Hmm... Can't say I've experienced this at all; I keep firmware updates up-to-date. Then again I don't listen to a lot of radio except an interesting channel or two from Vancouver BC (I live close to the Canadian border); I mostly listen to Spotify or the sound of my Duratrax engine which is like music to my ears :ROFLMAO:

I bought my 2022 at4 a year and a half ago. I have had this issue ever since. But, the last few days the pause is getting longer and twice now it would not come back on until I restart the truck. I am starting to get a little worried about the complexity of the electronics in this thing!

My 2026 (purchased a couple months ago) does this occasionally. The audio will cut out for about a second and then come back on. I’ve noticed it typically happens within the first 5–10 minutes of driving—maybe once or twice—and then doesn’t occur again after that. I'm also still less than 2K miles so it could be worse and just haven't realized it yet.

Another thing I’ve noticed is the volume behavior. Early on, the system seems louder at a lower setting, and then after about 10–15 minutes, the overall output drops noticeably. It doesn’t matter the source or driving conditions—you have to turn the volume up to get back to the same level.

Curious if anyone else has experienced this or found a fix.

1) My 2026, 1300 miles, 2500HD AT4, Sirius/XM cuts out for 1 second the first few minutes of driving. Then pretty much does not do it the remainder of the drive regardless of time in cab. Seems a touch better than when I bought i tnew 4 months ago.
2) I think you are referrig to Bose Audiopilot. Check out your settings.
