Radio cuts out for 1 second consistently

I see a lot of posts from 2025 about the radio cutting out frequently for a second I just purchased a 2024 at4 and am having this problem does anyone know the fix for it ? I tried the reset didn’t work . Thanks

I've had this issue and have attempted to have the dealer fix it. Nothing they have done has fixed it. However, I recently received an OTA update and it seems to have improved. Instead of cutting out 4-5 times, maybe it's one or twice. I haven't really listened to see if it's been that few but it kind of seems like it.

I have a 25 and mine does it quit often in the beginning and seems to go away the longer you are in the truck.......I haven't taken it in for this issue yet...

My '24 does it once within the first few minutes. I've never tried to fix it until there's a definite fix.

My 24 has done it since day 1. Strange that it only appears to be in first 5 minutes or so of driving. Recently had my serial data gateway recall performed and no change.

My 23 AT4 always did it when I first started driving. Then it would go away…but almost always upon startup. Oddly my Raptor doesn’t do it at all!

My 2026 does it. I've been told its my phone, an inexpensive 5G Samsung A32. Does it cut out with $1000 phones? Apple? Very irritating. My 2018 Sierra didn't do this.

My 2022 GMC Sierra AT4 (refresh)does this and has since day one. I’ve had it to the dealership numerous times for amp swaps, I’ve done software updates. The dealership has done software updates and nothing is fixed the issue. I’ve also tried it with numerous phones and that didn’t change the issue at all either. It does seem to be more frequent when the truck is first started and seems to get less the longer you drive. Don’t think there is a fix at this point. Way to go GM.

I'm experiencing the same issues with my 25 GMC AT4X. I'm amazed GMC cannot determine what the issues are. Maybe they don't care!
