Putco LED Tailgate Light Bar

I like that Putco light bar for the rear. Unfortunately, GMC says it won't fit my 2024. Any thoughts on that guys? Dimensions look the same between a 2023 3500HD and a 2024. Wiring issues perhaps?

The 2024 has what appears to be a two piece safety plate on the left side. One piece is anchored to the tailgate and the other with two bolts fastened through the rocker where the light bar would mount. This not going to allow for proper install. Prolly have to go with the 48" and that is not going to look good at all in my opinion.

Yep...and you can't just replace the bulb because the entire taillight housing is enclosed....
