Oh nice! I didn't even think about that. Are those DCC clips on your holster? I had a separate holster installed in my Jeep and I suppose I'll do the same for the Sierra.

I've been doing the same thing with my We the People IWB holster. It works great. I was a little bothered that it limited access to the side pocket. Just picked up a mount by TacNation https://trytacnation.com/ and put it under the steering wheel on the right side. So far I like it. I'll add a pic after work.

I used both. I didn’t want to rely on just the adhesive, but also wanted to support the screws. There’s not a lot of material for the screws to bite into.

I get a shooting grip. Gripping fingers pull, then as the pistol clears the holster, my thumb wraps around.

DV8 Universal Molle from Amazon. I had Victory 4x4 in my Canyon but they did not work int he sierra so these worked great.

So far, I have just left it in my cup holder, I also bought the OEM console lock box for when I need to go somewhere I can't take it.

What about a magnetic one under the dash and putting a magnet on some 3m tape to hold in place for a contact point.

Update: So I ordered the kit from Desert Doest It and it works (mostly). I had to cut out a section of my OEM mats (the expensive ones ) and will likely need to cut a strip along the back of the floor mat if I want to utilize the other part of the multi mount platform, but I'm liking it.So just a note, if you have the OEM rubber floor mats, you will have to "make it work".

I strong arm/tuck the floor mats behind the mount. Helps if it's hot out. I have the mats that has the carpet inserts.

These are very rigid, so I don't think that's going to work.

I purchased a magnet one, however, I have not found a flat spot to mount it with easy access to grab my pew pew in the time of need.

Same here. Have it mounted below the steering column to the right against the center console just above my right knee. Quick access if ever needed.

that was my plan too but it's not flat. I am thinking super thick double sided tape and then the screws.
