NEXTGEN Drivetrain valve body swap

GM really F&**** this up.
So it has been a really interesting morning. I have a transmission ordered from a reputable shop in Michigan. I won't name them as they are very familiar with the problem I had with NG and apparently there's some kind of lawsuit involved so they couldn't talk about it. He knew my story to a t before I even told him, rebuilt valve body with steel valves that failed then they warrantied and put stock valves in it.

I am not the first person he has sold a complete transmission to after an NG valve body.

I looked it up, lawsuits are always public information with some details often classified by a judge. There's nothing against next gen and all the lawsuits are against GM. I wonder if mine has also been fixed with stock parts. I'm done messing with it - hopefully it lasts me the life of the truck at this point.

You should ask Nextgen about it and see what they have to say.

That's interesting. The transmission is coming from dirty Hooker, they're tech claimed that NG threatened them with a lawsuit. Like I say they knew the story before I even told him so it's definitely not a one-off issue I will call Angie probably today but when I have time as it'll be a very heated conversation.
