I’ve been running these for a little while now and are super bright. I went dual 40’s white but you can mix and match.

I did have to trim behind the grill to fit around the mounts, however that is not something anyone would see or notice with or with out the mounts installed. Behind the light there was nothing trimmed, or altered. Yes, its a 30inch light bar. I will be swapping the 30 inch rough country light bar though for two Diode Dynamics lights bars. One white, and the second one amber.

I have a 30 inch RC curved light bar just sitting around so I may try this. See any issues with the curved model fitting?

You trimmed the back of the grill and I understand that its not visible so no worries but if you had modified the brackets to move the light bar back do you think it could be done without trimming?

So i don't see any issues with a curved light bar. My thinking is that it would just follow the curve of the grill. However I can not be 100% sure of thst. As far as the brackets, yes, I would trim down the bottom half of the brackets to avoid the bottom of the grill. However I still see some trimming needed as the inside of the grill really protruds back. So yes, some adjustments to the brackets would avoid some trimming, but not all. Have you seen these? There are companies out there that make brackets for the 2500 but nothing for the 1500. Links are listed below.

Disregard the Baja design link, yours is a 2024 model, and thst is for the 2020-2023 models. However the godzmfg one will work.

I appreciate the effort. I may try to make my own. Wont be until fall this year. My next trip I have decided to take the Jeep.
