Fog lights or lack of light

Just wanted to report that the diode dynamics kit did work as “plug and play” on my ‘24 3500 . I had a dealer tech I know install it since it is very involved. The grill needs to be removed to be able to remove the front bumper support. I installed the yellow and they are noticeably brighter (not saying much since the stocks were pretty much non existent).

Hey All,

New member, first post. Picked up a 2025 AT4 HD 6.6 Duramax in February, love it!

I just ordered some upgraded fog lights from Baja Designs and I was planning on installing them myself, but now I'm questioning that after looking for a video to walk me through the disassembly process. Wondering if you really need to remove the entire front bumper to make the upgrade like the video in the link below? (Audio cuts in and out unfortunately.)

I figured I'd probably just be able to pull back the inner fender liner to get to them without taking the entire bumper off. But if the entire front end needs to come apart to get to them I may just pay a shop to do it for me. For that matter I may as well pay them to install a light bar behind the grill while I'm at it.

Welcome.

Yah, it's not as easy as it should be!
