I tried to order my 23 AT4 to replace the lame '22 I currently have way back in November. I had to wait for an allocation for not only an AT4 but also the 6.2 and tow mirrors to be allowed. Finally got an accepted order in May. Truck was built the week of June 26th. It is now July 27th and it is still sitting in a lot somewhere in Indiana on "shipping delay" status. I don't know about everyone else, but it really irritates me that the new truck is sitting out in the hot sun and possible bad weather getting dirty and potentially rodents or insects building homes in it. I keep my vehicles indoors and clean as much as possible. Let alone the fact that my '22 is getting more miles on it and losing value, the interest rates have doubled since I ordered the truck! Of course, GM will just say that is part of the business industry and that the customer just needs to suck it up and pay the penalty. If it takes much longer to arrive, or the loan rates change again, I will refuse delivery of the truck and trade it in on something else and say good riddance to GM. When will the insanity end?
