It has been documented by gm with a tsb that is could be the cab vents as concluded in this thread.

I will try to find the tsb for you, to take to your dealer.

Hey, i know it’s been about a year, but has anyone been able to find the TSB or possibly a permanent solution? This rattle on my 25 AT4 is driving me nuts!

I read a post about the rear seat head rest supports were the problem. My 2500 back seat would rattle slightly every once in a while, so I removed the head supports and no more rattle. Don't know if that is your problem but seems to have stopped my rattle so far. It's worth a try I guess.. Good luck
