at full softest setting they are still have a firm feeling?

Yes they are but my truck is a weekend driver . have a 6.6 2500 as my daily with service bed. (HVAC/r tech) so I don’t drive too much on it. But I did do it for a few days but felt the same. I did notice the faster I go the nicer it feels it’s like they want to be tested.
