Hey Hatch! - Interested in a catch can in either black or polished. Had a CC on my 2014 5.3 for years and saw the huge benefits for over 194k miles. Glad to find something similar for my 2025 LZ0.

Thanks for the quick reply! PM sent. Happy to purchase direct and save you the eBay process.Hello Holy Smokes,
Thank you for your interest in this kit. Feel free to send me message when you are ready to purchase one. I also have them listed on EBay if you would prefer to purchase one that way.
What code did it give you when the kit was on? Did the check engine light come on immediately after you put the kit on?I have installed the kit, check engine light came on. Took kit out, light came off. Tried again and engine light came on for emissions system. Any help?
I do not have a code reader just says service emissions system. It comes on after driving about 20km. It is working and collecting oil/moisture. Is it possible it’s not holding enough pressure? What code did it give you when the kit was on? Did the check engine light come on immediately after you put the kit on?
It could be that there is a leak or that the check valve isn’t releasing pressure. I would get a scanner and clear the code if the code pops up while the kit is installed on the truck.I do not have a code reader just says service emissions system. I was considering the same thing, it has to be the check valve since I replaced all hoses and clamps so I know there isn’t a leak anywhere else. Plus the original hose doesn’t have any release valve right?Unfortunately, I'm having the same issue. Would it not be advantageous to just remove the check valve?
Does your check engine light come on constantly? How are you driving the truck when the check engine light comes on? Such as, were you just coasting down the road, pulling a trailer and putting the engine under load for a while, or flooring it (putting that pedal to the metal), etc?Unfortunately, I'm having the same issue. Would it not be advantageous to just remove the check valve?
Did you get a resolution?Honestly I dont know. I was pulling into the driveway and saw the light because I happen to shift my seated position. The paddle shifter blocks my view of the CEL normally because I sit so far back from the dash. I dont know when it kicked on, but I grabbed my code reader and got 2 crankcase codes and a charge air cooler code. I drive about 25 miles round trip daily. Stop and go for the first half then county highway the rest of the time.
