Hey Guys,
New to the site as well. I ordered a '23 6.2L, tech package, Sterling Metallic early August with no updates on order pick up for build. Dealership is honoring my Family First discount (2x Grandfathers, Father and brother are GM retirees/current); but no idea when. I found another dealership with an inbound '22 in Titanium Rush inbound next Friday, but full MSRP...struggling to decide to wait or pay a little more to have sooner. Thoughts?

Good point, but I am hearing that it can get ridiculous with the delayed times. We all pay in one way or other I guess.

Hey guys, I'm curious, has anyone seen or purchased a Sierra in the Volcanic Red color as I have ordered?

I went on the gmc.com view inventory page for the 2023 Sierra 1500 and Volcanic Red is not listed, not a single Volcanic Red truck shows up when I search without a color listed.

I would love to see some photos but more importantly, are they even building them in this color yet? If not, that could be the reason my order has not been picked up.

Hey everyone! New to the forum and there is a lot of great information. With the 2022 ordering experience being pretty disappointing and 2023 most likely not any better, I thought I'd start us off with my experience. Let me know yours!

Had an order on a 2022 with same configuration that was built 6/6 and told the dealer to push to 2023. Couldn’t see paying full price for a year old truck. It still hasn’t delivered as of yesterday.

Have you seen the sterling color in person? I have yet to see any vehicle in this color.

I've seen it on a trail blazer and an Escalade. Slightly darker than the Quicksilver metallic.

I've got a '23 LZ0 diesel AT4 that was built last week. Sadly for me, they built it in Mexico rather than Ft. Wayne. So instead of having it in a few days, it will likely be a few weeks. Maybe November will have some manufacturer incentives to make it beneficial..

i had my dealer pull the carbon pro from my order. It actually caused the price to go UP. thanks GM. I'm fairly certain carbonpro is causing my order to be in 1100 hell.
