2022 Refresh Order Experience

I would assume with the two week plant shutdown that none of us will see any movement on our orders for a while. right?

Mine missed the tpw as well but the next week it was built and on it’s way to dealer. Hopefully you made the cut before the shutdown

I am at event code 3400 ORDER BROADCAST FOR PRODUCTION (LOADED ON ASSEMBLY PLANT COMPUTERS), so getting close, I THINK!!!

My TPW of 3/28 had been stuck at event 3300 for a while. Checked today, and it just changed to 3400!!! It sure feels good that orders are moving!!

Where are you checking to figure this out? I checked some sort of chat last week and it said GMC hadn't yet accepted the order. Today I was up early so I spent time trying to find an update. Couldn't find any chat function on the website. Finally just called a customer service number. Was on hold for a bit then he came back and said the order is now accepted but no codes or anything like that. I'd rather not have to get updates by phone. Is there a hyperlink you can post in here?

Nice to see some of y'all with movement even though the plant may be shut down! I'm still eeeeked by the fact that the customer is at the mercy of when the dealer gets allocation to actually place our order based on their previous performance as a dealer. Just hoping some GM social media manager is browsing these forums

I think the shutdown is at the US plant. These trucks are being built in Mexico.

Finally, my truck will be at the dealership today or tomorrow. This vehicle had a TPW of 3.14.22 if it helps anyone to get an idea on when theirs may arrive.

Did you see any event code movement after 3400? Or did it jump straight to 3800?

That is great news congrats. Hopefully mine comes soon. My truck had a TPW of 03/21/22 and I am still at event code 3400 as of yesterday. Dealership told me 4-6 weeks from TPW is average time it takes to be delivered, although I dont really trust dealerships.

HOLY!! That's amazing, took very little time to get it! My TPW is 3/21 and I'm at 3400...

Received notice last week that my AT4 Titanium Rush with Premium and Tech packages was scheduled for production. Received an email from GMC this morning that it is built and ready to ship. I did find out from the GMC chat that it is coming from Silao, MX and the event code is now 4200.
