Not sure how I feel about the lighted GMC logo. It's cool but Im not really into paying to advertise for a company I gave a bunch of money. I am so glad we dont have front license plates in FL.
So.... IT IS IN! That's great news man! Can't wait to see this baby! After 13 pages of fun here I have realized that the title I chose is misleading. It sounds like my truck is in but what I meant is that I have placed my order with the dealer. Sorry about any confusion I have created over the last few months.
And oh, the truck has arrived at the dealer.
Yes I whole heartily agree about free advertising. The very first thing I do is rip off the dealers sticker. The drw was bad, even plastered above the sliding window...Not sure how I feel about the lighted GMC logo. It's cool but Im not really into paying to advertise for a company I gave a bunch of money. Wow! That must have been a nasty surprise. Glad it was just salt, there are a lot of lethal white powders not good for you!Hey Viking great to hear! Now for some cautionary advice that will probably piss you off but once you calm down you will realize it's not that big a deal. I checked over my truck when I got home (next day) and noticed a white crusty stuff all over the underside of the truck. Me being me, I tasted it because it looked suspiciously like salt....well...it was salt! The train probably had a car or two ahead of the transport car that was carrying salt. I took the morning hosing it down till I was satisfied. That would probably horrify Florida folks but I come from the north east and salt was a necessary evil. Just gotta get it off.
I've built up a resistance to iocaine powder...Wow! That must have been a nasty surprise. Glad it was just salt, there are a lot of lethal white powders not good for you!
