They say it's in town, Tampa. It's been there at least a week. I dont have any way to track, have to rely on dealer. Cant say what rail yard its in but there is a very large one within 3 miles of the dealer.

Got me a theory...they are grabbing all the local customers trucks for PDI and detail first, as they will likely service with them as well. And you out of town guys gotta wait cause they figure they will never see you again.

Even if they were down the road they would never see me again except for warranty work. Got a friend in the auto business he says a dealership is 3 businesses that all operate separately without regard for each other. Sales, Service, Parts.
 

Question: The "Preferred and Premium Packages" state it includes:
  • Roof-mounted lamps near the front of the cab
It seems most of the trucks I've seen with the same packages don't actually have the Roof-mounted lights. @Island Dan Your truck does not have them but did you get either the Preferred or Premium packages? Anyone else? I personally don't want them but did get the Preferred package. I know I'll find out in about 3 weeks anyway but just curious.

BTW - Just got an ETA at the dealership of 5/3 from the sales manager.

@Viking Truck is correct. CA law makers think cab roof markers imitate emergency vehicles.

Look up your states code...California Vehicle Code 27606
